BBNaija Reunion: Eloswag, Chomzy Fall Apart

Former Big Brother Naija housemate, Paul Nwamu, popularly known as “Eloswag”, and his fellow ex-housemate, Chioma Ndubueze, called “Chomzy”, have fallen apart.

Eloswag stated this during the ‘Level Up’ reunion show episode 7, aired on Wednesday night.

The 27-year-old reality star said he was no longer interested in Chomzy, his love interest in the house, as she was not reciprocating his love.

According to him, the relationship with Chomzy was one-sided.

“Chomzy was not reciprocating the love I was giving her. She even denied me on her media rounds and was referring to me as her bestie even though we were dating.

“She sneaked out on me in South Africa and went somewhere else in the middle of the night.When we came back to Nigeria, she started ignoring me.

Both of us even unfollowed each other on Instagram for clout, but it did not work because we don’t have fans.

I am no longer interested in her. She can keep her distance. It’s over,” he said.

Responding, Chomzy said, “I always checked up on Eloswag, I was the only one who always reaching out to him. I am surprised that he is acting this way and pretending like we are enemies.

“He was acting like my husband in South Africa and monitoring my every movement.

“Yes, I ignored him when we came back to Nigeria because I was going through a lot. I wanted him to be my friend and nothing else, I never wanted to have a relationship with him. It is not by force.

“I will block him on all social media platforms and I will never have anything to do with him again.”

The News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) reports that Eloswag and Chomzy were lovebirds in the course of the show, aired for 72 days, from July 23 to Oct. 2, 2022, with 28 housemates. (NAN)

Nollywood actor Ibrahim Chatta has been thrown into mourning following the death of his son.

The actor announced the loss through a post on his Instagram page on Saturday.

Posting a picture of the late boy, he captioned, “Inna liLlahi wa inna ileyhi rajiun.

Also reacting, “Jamiu Azeez commented, “Haaaaaa God pls have mercy on us 00 dadad this is too much o.”

However, it could not be confirmed whether the deceased is his biological son or relative as of the time of filing this report.

The news comes just days after veteran actress Peju Ogunmola lost her only child, Ayomikun, an incident that also left the entertainment industry in grief.

Femi made the disclosure during his recent appearance on Afropolitan podcast.

Speaking about his decision to part ways with Fela’s music band, Femi Kuti disclosed that he left to discover his own identity because “I did not have any possibility of my life”.

“Growing up in school, everybody would be like ‘aren’t you going to be like your dad or won’t you play music? I was pressured to be like my father.

“If I wanted to play music, I had to be Femi Kuti. I used the same mathematical thought that I cannot be Fela. I began to wear the same outfits with my father because I used to stay with my mother before I ran away to stay with him.

“I was like mini Fela because he usually dresses me like himself. I just thought I should better look for myself fast, or I’m going to be a very unhappy man. So I went back to my mother.

“The moment I formed my band, his fan base descended on me. It was very difficult to find a good write up about me then because the press hated me and at this time, there was no internet for me to defend myself.

“Being under my father, I didn’t have any possibility of my own life, including having children. I saw my life in his life,” the 63-year-old stated
