The All Progressives Congress (APC) in Edo State has joined admirers and supporters of the deputy governor of the state, Comrade Philip Shaibu in congratulating him on the auspicious occasion of his birthday.

The party, in a press release signed by its Publicity Secretary, Peter Igbinigie, and made available to journalists in Benin on Wednesday, described Shaibu as ‘uncommon deputy.’

While affirming that the Deputy Governor’s traits are already blazing and encouraging him not to relent, the Publicity Secretary, however, stated that Shaibu belongs to the “wrong party where your potentials are suffocated.”
