Bob Marley’s Grandson, Mersa Marley Found Dead In Car In US

Mersa was Stephen Marley’s son and the grandson of iconic reggae musician Bob Marley.

Mersa spent his early years in Jamaica, where he attended Saints Peter and Paul Preparatory School.

He eventually moved to Florida where he attended Palmetto High School, then moved on to Miami Dade College, where he studied studio engineering.

He releases two EPs In 2014, he released an EP called Comfortable, while in 2021, he stepped out with Eternal.

Bob tragically died of cancer in 1981, at 36, and is widely considered one of the pioneers of reggae music. The late star had 11 children with seven different partners.

While Bob was known as the king of chill, one of his 11 children, Ziggy, previously admitted his father could be a tough parent because he was aware of the ‘danger’ of life in Jamaica.

He said: said: ‘Growing up in Jamaica in the 1970s could be dangerous. There were guns everywhere. But as a kid the danger felt exciting. Every day was an adventure. I did not understand the seriousness of the situation.

Robert Nesta Marley, more popularly known as Bob Marley, passed away on this day, May 11, 1981. The Jamaican singer, songwriter, and musician would have been 77.

JUST IN: Nollywood Veteran Actor, Ogunjimi Is Dead

The Nigerian movie industry has again been thrown into mourning after the news of the death of another veteran Yoruba Actor Ganiyu Oyeyemi popularly known as Ogunjimi, surfaced on social media on Friday.

Ogunjimi’s death was announced by a Yoruba actor, Kunle Afod, in a post on his Instagram page.

Mourning the actor, Afod wrote, “We tried our best but God loves you more.

“May his soul rest in peace. Baba Ogunjinmi, RIP, Sun re oooo.”

At the time of writing this report, the cause of death has not yet been ascertained.

American singer, Billie Eilish has opened up on her sexuality, giving out a more graphic detail in a new interview.

In a new interview with Rolling Stone, Billie discussed her forthcoming song, “Lunch”, in which she shared details of being intimate with another woman. She said she began writing the song before doing anything with another girl but was able to finish it after one eye-opening encounter with a female.

The singer said: “I’ve been in love with girls for my whole life, but I just didn’t understand, until, last year, I realized I wanted my face in a vagina.

“I was never planning on talking about my sexuality ever, in a million years. It’s really frustrating to me that it came up.”

Billie now seems far more comfortable talking about sex, including the topic of masturbation. In the interview, she confessed to pleasuring herself regularly in front of a mirror, stating it helps with her self-esteem.

She added: “Partly because it’s hot, but it also makes me have such a raw, deep connection to myself and my body, and have a love for my body that I have not really ever had.

“People should be jerking it, man. I can’t stress it enough, as somebody with extreme body issues and dysmorphia that I’ve had my entire life.”

Nollywood Actor, Zulu Adigwe Is Dead

Veteran Nollywood actor, Zulu Adigwe has reportedly passed on.

Adigwe is said to have died on Tuesday evening.

His death was announced in an Instagram post by Movie producer, Stanley Nwoko.

I regret to announce the passing of a veteran actor, late Mr Zulu Adigwe.

“What caused his death is yet to be reviewed. Rest in peace good actor,” he added.

During his career, Adigwe was famous in the movies: “Living in Bondage”, “Breaking Free”, and many others.

Nollywood has lost six of its actors in 2024.

They are Sisi Quadri, Mr. Ibu, Amaechi Muonagor, Andy Best, Jumoke Aderounmu and Junior Pope.
