Court Remands Uncle For Killing Nephew Over Properties In Delta
A High Court sitting in Effurun, Uvwie LGA of Delta State, has remanded a man simply identified as Austin at the Nigerian Correctional Centre, Okere, for allegedly killing his nephew over properties.
The suspect was charged to court by the Delta State Police Command on Tuesday, according to DAILY POST.
It would be recalled that the suspect, on January 23, 2025, allegedly killed the only son of his late sister over the properties she left behind.

A human rights activist, Comrade Israel Joe was with the pregnant wife of the deceased in court.
Joe had insisted that justice must prevail in the matter.
