Controversial rapper, Kanye West, may escape facing another legal battle for throwing a female photographer’s phone on the street in January.
West – now known formally as Ye – had in January tossed the phone of the photographer into the street close to a facility where his daughter, North, was playing basketball.
The rapper accused the female paparazzo of “following” him to his kids’ basketball game.
Ye had asked the photographer in the video not to film him while he was trying to spend time with his kids, according to TMZ.

However, the rapper will not face charges for throwing the female photographer’s cell phone.
A press release from the Ventura Co. District Attorney’s Office on Wednesday revealed the phone suffered minor damage.
It said the damage only affected the $30 case around the device.
The statement added that the female paparazzo declined to press charges against Ye, TMZ reports.
