My Condition Is Getting Worse – Transgender Jay Boogie Cries Out Over Failed BBL

Popular Nigerian transgender and fashion enthusiast Daniel Anthony Nsikan, known as Jay Boogie, has cried out for help over the impact of his botched Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL).

DAILY POST reports that Jay Boogie urged the public a week ago, in a series of posts on Instagram, to hold a surgeon identified as Dinma of Curvy Girl Essentials Clinic responsible if anything happens to him.

However, on Thursday, during an Instagram live session with a Nigerian doctor based in Namibia, Loveth Jennifer, the transgender lamented that he is bankrupt and struggling to stay alive following kidney damage sustained during the surgery.

Nobody is donating funds anymore; my condition is getting worse, and all my life savings have been going on dialysis and diapers,” he said.

I pray it doesn’t take my life. My career has been messed up. How do I take care of my siblings?”

Also, in a statement on his page on Friday, he appealed to the public for donations to help him pay medical bills.

The post reads: “Ever since 1st of November I have been on dialysis and treatment of sepsis. I have exhausted my life savings in this course of treatment. I have received funds from the Nigerian plastic surgery community and few friends. I am writing to request financial assistance for continuous medical treatment in order to recover.”

Nigerian Musician Dies In Canada

Popular live music band leader, Akinloye Tofowomo popularly known as Akiin Shuga, has died at the age of 50.

His death was confirmed in a statement released by his family on Monday.

Akiin Shuga died on October 30, 2025, in New Brunswick, Canada.

The statement described the Shuga Band founder as “a revered music icon and custodian of rhythm, culture, and the spirit of performance”.

The family also said details of funeral arrangements will be revealed in due course.

Akiin Shuga leaves behind his wife, children, siblings, and mother.

Jarvis Threatens To Sue Peller Over Money Laundering Allegation

Popular content creator and TikToker, Amadou Elizabeth Aminata, better known as Jarvis, has threatened legal action against her boyfriend, Peller.

Peller, who is also a TikTok star, had in a recent livestream named Jarvis among other TikTokers that laundered money through the platform’s gifting feature.

Reacting to the allegation, Jarvis management, Aiso Entertainment, tagged Peller’s claim as false.

Jarvis management in a statement shared on her social media page, threatened to sue Peller for defamation, noting that “such accusations are an attack on her character and legality, which deserve stringent legal action of this kind”.

“The management alongside her esteemed legal counsel, denies these allegations and we are currently exploring the possibility of initiating a defamation lawsuit against Mr. Peller,” the statement added.
