PHOTOS: Jamie Foxx Steps Out In Public For First Time Since ‘Antisemitic’ Apology Post

Jamie Foxx made a special outing in Los Angeles for the first time since he issued a public apology over an “antisemitic” controversial post.

According to a report in PageSix, the “They Cloned Tyrone” star, 55, was photographed with his ex Kristin Grannis as they ran errands on Thursday.

Foxx wore a black Amiri long-sleeved shirt, black pants and a pair of white sneakers for the outing.

Meanwhile, Grannis — who is mom to the Oscar winner’s youngest daughter Annalise, 14 — wore an orange hoodie and sweatpants.

The sighting is the first time paparazzi has snapped Foxx since his Instagram post about Jesus created an uproar online last week.

The since-deleted post read, “They killed this dude named Jesus … What do you think they’ll do to you?! #fakefriends #fakelove.”

Many, including Jennifer Aniston, “liked” the message. However, the “Friends” alum, 54, later denied that she supported the post.

“This really makes me sick,” she wrote via her Instagram Story on Aug. 4. “I did not ‘like’ this post on purpose or by accident.”

Aniston then further clarified, “And more importantly, I want to be clear to my friends and anyone hurt by this showing up in their feeds — I do NOT support any form of antisemitism. And I truly don’t tolerate HATE of any kind. Period.”

Kehinde Bankole has emerged as the Best Lead Actress at the ongoing 2024 Africa Magic Viewers Choice Awards (AMVCA).

Bankole’s win came off her lead role in the movie ‘ADIRE’.

Other contestants in the category include: Segilola Ogidan (Over the Bridge), Lucie Debay (Omen)

Omowunmi Dada (Asiri Ade), Ireti Doyle (The Origin: Madam Koi Koi), Adaobi L. Dibor (Blood Vessel)

Evelyne Ily (Mami Wata) and Funke Akindele (A Tribe Called Judah).

In the male category, Wale Ojo emerged Best Male lead actor for his role in the movie ‘Breath of Life’.

Ojo edged Stan Nze (Afamefuna), Marc Zinga (Omen), Gideon Okeke (Egun), David Ezekiel (Blood Vessel), Richard Mofe Damijo (The Black Book), Adedimeji Lateef (Jagun Jagun – The Warrior) and Gabriel Afolayan (This is Lagos) to win the award.

Comedian Isaac Ayomide Olayiwola popularly known as Layi Wasabi has won the Best Digital Content Creator at the ongoing 2024 Africa Magic Viewers Choice Awards (AMVCA).

Layi’s content on Medical Negligence saw him nick the award.

Layi mounted the stage, and in his usual hilarious style, entertained the audience at the event while delivering his speech in appreciation of the award.

“Thank you, MultiChoice, for granting me this award among multiple contestants,” he said.

The Best Digital Content category shines a spotlight on the flourishing world of online entertainment, showcasing the talents of creators who have captivated audiences through their entertaining, exciting, and creative content.

Other nominees in this list include “National Treasure” by Adebola Adeyela (Lizzy Jay); “Hello Neighbour” by Elozonam Ogbolu, Lina Idoko, and Jemima Osunde; and “The Boyfriend” by Maryam Apaokagi-Greene

AMVCA: Jagun Jagun Wins ‘Best Costume Design’ As Mami Wata Grabs ‘Best Makeup’

The 10th edition of Africa Magic Viewers Choice Awards (AMVCA) kicked off on Saturday night with Femi Adebayo’s Jagun Jagun clinching the Best Costume Design title.

Similarly, Campbell Precious Arebamen of ‘Mami Wata’ movie crew won the ‘Best Make Up’ category award.

The make-up artiste defeated Francesca Otaigbe, Hadizat Gambo of Mojiisola movie, Hakeem Onilogbo of Jagun Jagun, and Feyisayo Oyebisi of A Tribe Called Judah.

The award is the first in the series presented by popular TV anchor Ebuka Obi-Uchendu, and Kehinde Bankole.

Speaking to the media, Campbell Precious Arebamen said she was so elated and thanked her director for helping her. She noted that this was her second award at the AMVCA.
