Reactions Trail Akon’s Claim About Money, Problem
Reactions have continued to trail a comment by the famous Senegalese-American singer and record producer, Aliaune Damala Badara Akon Thiam, better known as Akon, for saying money brings more problems than comfort.
Reacting to Akon’s statement, many social media users have urged the singer to give them all he has worked for together with the problem.
Recall that the singer, who, in a radio interview, claimed that money does not necessarily buy happiness as it largely depends on what makes one happy, also explained that people who have money do not have time as it makes you lose yourself and takes you away from your family.
Talking from his experience, Akon said he had once tasted poverty before he became rich.
“Believe me, I know what poverty and success looks like, and from my personal experience, I’m having more problems successfully dealing with all that comes with success than I had when I was poor.”

The 49-year-old singer further noted that he was actually happier when he was poor.

Cubana Chief Priest Mocks Hellen Atti Amid Paternity Dispute, Sparks Reactions Online
Celebrity barman, Pascal Okechukwu, popularly known as Cubana Chief Priest, has ignited reactions following his recent post on social media.
In a recent Instagram post, the Celebrity barman shared a playful video from his vacation in France, using a catchphrase famously associated with Ati’s online call-outs.
“PASKAL !!! You Will Suffer,” he captioned.
The drama stems from his ongoing paternity dispute with Hellen Ati, a Kenyan woman who claims Chief Priest is the father of her two-year-old son.
Hellen Ati alleged that Cubana Chief Priest fathered her child after a short romantic encounter in April 2022.

Despite her persistent demands for a DNA test, the nightlife mogul has reportedly ignored her requests.
The Kenyan woman has repeatedly taken to social media to call out Cubana Chief Priest, publicly dragging his wife into the controversy and issuing threats.
Cubana Chief Priest has filed a defamation lawsuit against Hellen Ati in a Kenyan court, seeking an interim injunction to restrain her from making further defamatory statements about him.
The lawsuit alleges that Hellen Ati’s claims are unfounded and driven by malice, based on selective social media disclosures rather than concrete and verifiable evidence.
The video has triggered a wave of amusement online, with many netizens finding the response hilarious.

DJ Cuppy, a popular disc jockey and daughter of Nigerian billionaire, Femi Otedola, has revealed that at 32, she still calls her mother to guide her when cooking.
The singer revealed she still calls her mum, Mrs Nana Otedola, to ask how long it takes to boil rice despite her being successful in other spheres.
She disclosed this on her X handle on Wednesday when she wrote, “Making it big… but still calling my mum to ask how long to boil rice.”
Her post elicited mixed reactions, with some fans claiming that her revelation might chase potential suitors away.
