Samuel Adegboyega University Resumes Academic Activities

Following the directives of the National Universities Commission (NUC) that universities in the country were at liberty to resume academic activities, the management of Samuel Adegboyega University, Ogwa, Edo State, has requested all her students to return to campus on the 25th of October to conclude the 2019/2020 session.

This was made known by the Registrar of the University, Mr. Akinwale Esan, in a memo he made available to Info Daily.

According to the Registrar, the Vice Chancellor, Professor A Babatunde Idowu, had approved the return of all the students to the University.

The memo indicated that the second semester examinations would commence on the 9th of November while the academic session would be concluded on 20th November, 2020.

Recalled the university started virtual classes in April and successfully completed lectures online in September.

Information available to our news desk also indicates that 2020/2021 admissions had commenced in the University and prospective students who took part in the 2020 Joint Admissions and Matriculation Examinations are advised to visit the university.
