Our houses have been submerged — we have nowhere to go. We are literally swimming in the flood to our children’s schools. Is this okay? “When the flood starts, for 3 to 4 hours, everything stands still. And if everything stands still, we cannot do anything. Imagine we, not doing nothing for four hours because of flood, how do we survive?”
