VIDEO: Reactions As British Rapper Skepta Features Portable In Upcoming Single

Nigerian-British rapper, Skepta has teased an upcoming single titled ‘Tony Montana’ which features Nigeria Street pop sensation Portable.

Taking to his X account, the rapper announced that he featured Portable in his new song.

He wrote, “Skepta & Portable dropping any minute now.”

In the now-viral teaser, Skepta could be heard sprinkling some Yoruba language in his flows with Portable coming in with what appears to be the chorus of the track.

This collaboration comes after both artistes linked up at the British Fashion Awards 2023.

Reactions have since trailed the teaser with many commending Portable for his artistic contribution.

In December 2023, Skepta teamed up with Portable, at the British Fashion Awards in London.

A video that went viral on the internet showed Portable walking the red carpet with the rapper and his entourage as they arrived at the event.

In keeping with his signature look, the Zazu crooner wore a two-piece jacket, matching sneakers, and colorful hair dye for the occasion.

On his Instagram page, Portable posted a video of Skepta dancing to his music on the way to the event.

In a different video, Portable was seen mingling with Skepta and his entourage prior to the award ceremony.

The 38-year-old singer shared the heartwarming moment with fans on Instagram, posting a video that captured the unveiling ceremony.

In the clip, Adekunle Gold was seen alongside his wife, Simi, and their daughter, Deja, as they jointly pulled back a veil to reveal the new signpost bearing his full name , “Adekunle Kosoko Street.”
