She said, “When we receive our own back home in Benin, it doesn’t matter how big or small you are. The fact that you are from Edo State you are celebrated. This is one of our very youngsters doing great things on the global scene and it is a delight for the State Government to receive him home.
“I just found out that he hasn’t even been in Benin for the past two years. That is my excitement for us as a State. He is coming to perform and he is bringing the first concert to Benin, it is very exciting for us.”

“Some of the things we do as a state government is work with the artists or their producers to make sure that whatever necessity they require to be able to come home and entertain, the highest level of security is in place. The state government is always happy to provide such logistics and security and in most cases the publicity and all of that. It is an endorsement; it is a quiet celebration at home. It doesn’t matter how big you are outside, if your home does not recognize you, then you are really not heating the button yet.”

Popular Nigerian activist, VeryDarkMan, has reacted to the revelations of his demise by prophets.
Two prophets from Nigeria and Ghana had given revelations about VeryDarkMan’s death.
One of the unidentified prophets, in a video while addressing his congregation, said in Yoruba: “There are activists in this country that they will soon end in Nigeria. One of the activists will be imprisoned. The other one will be killed because they said they have nothing to lose.”

The second prophet said: “This is for VDM. Bad politicians have taken him to a river. VDM is dead in the river but still alive in the physical world. And it’s very bad for your face to be inside a river. Whether VDM likes it or not, he will leave the world unexpectedly.”
Reacting to the videos in a post shared on his Instagram page on Sunday, VeryDarkMan, also known as VDM, stated that death is inevitable.
He further asked the prophets to see a vision about how Nigeria will be great.

“You are seeing vision for me as if I’m one person that sees himself to be important. I’m not important. Death is inevitable and is coming for all of us. Tell us a vision about our country. Tell us when Nigeria will be a great country.”

Former American baseball player, David Justice has revealed why he divorced his ex-wife, actress Halle Berry.
Speaking in a recent episode of the ‘All the Smoke’ podcast with co-host Matt Barnes, Justice explained that he left Berry because she doesn’t do house chores and lacks motherly instincts.
“I’m looking at my mom, I’m a Midwest guy. So in my mind, I’m thinking a wife at that time should cook, clean, and I’m thinking OK, if we have kids, is this the woman I want to have kids with and build a family with? And at that time, as a young guy, she don’t cook, don’t clean, don’t really seem like motherly,” he stated.

Justice said that the marriage could have been saved if he had known about therapy.
He explained that he was young and naive then and had only been in one relationship before his marriage to Berry.
He, however, maintained that he is not to be blamed for the divorce, adding that the movie star was “dead wrong” for making the world believe he was the problem in their failed marriage.
