Legal practitioner and human rights activist, Douglas Ogbankwa, Esq has been honoured by the Law Students Association of Nigeria (LAWSAN) for his contribution to the lagal profession and legal education in Nigeria.
He was awarded alongside Enugu State Governor, Ifeanyi Ugwanyi as governor of the year ,Senator Magnus Abe for his contribution to the growth of the law and legal education.
The award which took place at the LAWSAN annual conference was
part of programme organised to honour some Nigerians who have contributed to the development of legal profession and legal education in Nigeria.
At the event, election of excos to pilot the affairs of LAWSAN also took place.
