SESSPN Chairman Hails Captain Hosa For Sportsmanship As He Congratulates Obaseki Over Election Victory

Chairman, Edo State Chapter of South East and South South Professionals of Nigeria (SESSPN),
Comrade Aiyamenkhue Edokpolo, on Tuesday hailed Edo billionaire and business mogul, Capt. Hosa Wells Okunbo for his sportsmanship and altruistic spirit amplified in his congratulatory message to Edo State Governor, Godwin Obaseki, on his victory and re-election in the just concluded polls.

In a statement made available to journalists in Benin, Edokpolo described Capt Hosa Okunbo as a bridge builder in the state regardless of politics.

Edokpolo, while felicitating with the business mogul on his recent recognition by FORBES as a foremost maritime security provider and statesman said, “We also acknowledge with resounding applause – Capt. Hosa’s Congratulatory message to Edo State Governor on the recently held election, despite previously orchestrated mischief against the astute philanthropist and statesman by some divisiveness-possessed-naysayers and political scavengers.

” We urge Capt. Hosa to forgive the renegades or hirelings, for they are misinformed and consequently deformed; he should continually support President Buhari’s transformative agenda for the rapid transformation of Edo State, the South East and South South regions, and Nigeria in general.

The Chairman who expressed readiness to host the forthcoming First South East and South South Industrial Summit bid for January 2021, solicited for support towards the successful hosting of the landmark programme.

He said, “ Very urgent efforts must be made to bridge our multidimensional endowments, especially our core professionals towards the commitments to the much desired sustainability of wealth creation for Southern Nigeria especially, and Nigeria as a whole.

“We must brace up for a post-covid19 world order, and as a body of professionals, we can’t sit idly and expect the Governors of our region to solely initiate and drive the processes of our region’s or country’s economic rediscovery.”
