David Abioye, the former Vice President and retired pastor of Living Faith Church Worldwide, has officially inaugurated his new ministry, Living Word Conquerors Global Assembly.

The inauguration took place during the ministry’s first Sunday service held today, which saw massive attendance from a congregation visibly excited to be part of the new movement.

In a clip from the service, Abioye outlined the purpose of the new ministry, stating it is founded on divine direction and dedicated to the spiritual development, edification, and triumph of the saints globally.

He was clear in his address that the decision to start the new church was not influenced by public pressure or personal ambition, but was the result of God’s internal call, one he described as “ordained by the foundation of the word”, and only now coming into full manifestation.

“May I make it very clear that the inauguration of this assembly is not in response to demands of people to start a church, but by the emergence of God’s eternal purpose, ordained from the foundation of the word, which is just coming to light at his own time,” he said.

Abioye also clarified his role in the ministry, stating that he sees himself not as someone attempting to fulfil the entire great commission alone, but as a messenger raised for a specific assignment within a larger divine agenda.

He concluded by officially declaring the ministry open and warmly welcomed members to the new body of Christ.

“On this final note, and to the glory of God, this assembly with the name ” Living Word Conquerors Global Assembly “, is hereby inaugurated this day, Sunday, 4th May, 2025.
