Davido Features American Rapper Latto For ‘Unavailable’ Remix

Afrobeats megastar Davido has linked up with American rapper and singer Latto for the remix of his hit song ‘Unavailable’ ft. Musa Keys.

The remix featuring one of American hottest rappers, Latto was produced by Magicsticks and Rage.

‘Unavailable’ is the lead single from Davido’s widely-acclaimed fourth studio album ‘Timeless’ which was released in March 2023.

‘Timeless’ has enjoyed massive commercial success and appeal and ‘Unavailable’ is one of the lead singles that immensely contributed to this remarkable feat.

The popularity of the song has been aided by its Tik Tok challenge and it has become the biggest domestic Afrobeats hit while also charting at the upper sections of the UK Afrobeats Chart and Billboard’s US Afrobeats chart.

Burna Boy Kicks Couple Out Of Concert For Sleeping During His Performance [VIDEO]

Grammy-winning Nigerian singer, Damini Ogulu, popularly known as Burna Boy, has sparked controversy after he ordered a couple out of his concert in Denver, United States, on Wednesday night, for allegedly sleeping midway into his performance.

The drama began when the singer paused his set and asked a male fan to take his girlfriend “home” for sleeping during his performance.

When I stand up here [on the stage] and see you over there with your girl sleeping in the front of me, it pisses me the f**k up. So, please, take her the f**k home… Walahi I’m not performing another song till you go home,” Burna Boy fumed.

At first, the couple, especially the lady, was reluctant, but eventually left after the crowd started demanding they leave as Burna Boy vowed not to perform another song until their exit.

Burna Boy resumed his performance after the couple left the concert.

His action has sparked mixed reactions, with many berating him for kicking ticket holders out of his concert.

Recall that Burna Boy previously made similar headlines after he kicked a starstruck male fan who stormed the stage to hug him while he was performing.

He also once asked a fan to leave his concert for not dancing while he was performing.

The singer has earned a reputation for controversially kicking fans out of his concert for trivial reasons.

I Got Into Trouble For Skipping School To Perform In 2011 – Davido

Afrobeats star, David Adeleke, popularly known as Davido, has recounted how he got into trouble in 2011 for skipping school to perform in Ibadan, Oyo State, an experience he described as a defining moment in his early career.

In a post on X (formerly Twitter) on Wednesday, Davido revealed that he left Babcock University to join the Lynxxx and Friends Tour in Ibadan alongside Asa, Peju, B-Red, and Sina.

“In 2011, I skipped school to perform in Ibadan. Asa, Peju, B Red and Sina picked me up from Babcock and we drove to join the Lynxxx and Friends Tour.

“I had no idea it was going to air on Soundcity, and when my pops saw it, I got in so much trouble,” he wrote.

Reflecting on how far he has come, the singer celebrated the growth of his career and the success of his ongoing 5ive Alive Tour.

14 years later, we destroyed the stadium. The 5ive Alive run across Nigeria has been one for the books. To my peers let’s build back home and give back to our roots,” he added.

Nigerian singer, Simisola Kosoko, popularly known as Simi, has earned her first-ever foreign certification with her hit song ‘Duduke.’

This is as the song was recently certified Gold in New Zealand for selling 15,000 units, making it her first international accolade.

Released in 2022, ‘Duduke’ expresses the rhythmic beat of Simi’s heart for her unborn child. She flaunted her baby bump in the music video.

She also launched the ‘Duduke Challenge,’ inviting fans to create their own interpretations of the song.
