This is yet another serious question that needs an urgent response from the security personnel concerning this continue killing in the name of culture. Women are now at the receiving end.
It’s very sad that killing of women is yet to get serious attention from responsible quarters as Oro group once again operated freely from kogi down to Abuja where several activities took place on the 28th of February 2020 in gwagwalada, Abuja.
Ladies and adults women were the most victims, as its generally known that women must not see Oro group when performing the cultural sacrifice. One miss Joy Upoki, Cynthia James, Dupe Dada, fell victim during the Oro group activities but escaped while others were not that lucky, as they were killed for disobedience to tradition.
Meanwhile, Joy Upoki, Cynthia James, Dupe Dada have been declared missing by the family.
The matter has been reported to the security personnel for help. It is not however sure if security personnel will do something to help as everyone is afraid of the Oro group.
